Best of 2006
Like almost every other blog/website, I figured that I would do a “best of list” for last year. I’m pretty obsessive when it comes to these kinds of things so it was bound to happen at some point. If I get the time, I’ll probably do some for movies/tv, etc. So here you go, the best (aka- my favorite) albums of 2006…
Best albums of 2006
1. Paul Simon: Surprise
2. Bob Dylan: Modern Times
3. Bruce Springsteen: The Seeger Sessions
4. Thom Yorke: The Eraser
5. Johnny Cash: American V
6. Beck: The Information
7. The Cardigans: Super Extra Gravity
8. Neil Diamond: 12 Songs
9. Damien Rice: 9
10. Gnarls Barkley: St Elsewhere
And these almost made it but they just barely got edged out… still great stuff to be found here…
Andrew Osenga: The Morning
Sandra McCracken: Gravity/Love
Jars of Clay: Good Monsters
Derek Webb: Mockingbird
Glen Phillips: Mr. Lemons
Eric Peters: Scarce
Barenaked Ladies: Barenaked Ladies are Me
So there you go, check them out!

i was wondering… what do you think of the
band coldplay?

Hey Katherine! I really like Coldplay, their first two cd’s in particular (Parachutes and Rush of blood to the head). It took a bit for the last cd (X&Y) to grow on me but I really dig it… especially the last song Kingdom Come. That one is FANtastic!
